The package ended up at the wrong place even after I double-checked the delivery address and was assured it would come here. I had to make a one-hour drive to pick it up when it was supposed to arrive at my house. Other than that, the folks on the phone and through email were super helpful.

I had been on the hunt all over Ireland for a cartridge for my kitchen sink mixer tap - but no luck. I decided to go online and reached out to three plumbing suppliers in the UK that specialize in tap accessories. Two of them gave it a shot but couldn't help. However, Connor from Taps4less.ie was a gem! He patiently took my many phone calls and sent me emails with pictures and dimensions of different cartridges until we found the perfect match. It was shipped out and showed up in Dublin just two days later. This really saved me from having to take out a granite worktop in my kitchen, which would have been a costly hassle and, let’s be honest, a whole lot of stress! Just want to say - Thanks a million, Connor!

This company is just awful. They acted like I signed for a package when I clearly didn’t, and they’ve been dodging my refund for months (even after I tried a chargeback through my bank). I’ve spent countless hours trying to get in touch with them, and their customer service is non-existent. It’s been the worst experience and treatment I’ve ever had from any business. Seriously, steer clear of them. Luckily, I found my tap elsewhere and had it installed over a month ago, but taps4less still won’t give me my money back, coming up with all kinds of nonsense for the last eight weeks. Check out the line in my previous feedback below; that was over a month ago, and they still act like they have no clue where their tap is, so they can’t refund me. Total crooks.

I couldn't locate a better deal for my Bristan taps than what I found at taps4less. Plus, the ordering was super smooth, and the delivery was fast and on point - they kept me updated on the estimated arrival time and all that. I'll surely be coming back to these folks.

I snagged a Grundfos 4bar negative shower pump for a fantastic price and was a bit anxious about how long it would take to arrive. After not receiving any dispatch updates, I reached out and, before I knew it, the pump showed up. Excellent customer support and a solid price!

Came across the unique stainless steel sink unit I had been having a hard time locating, it was easy to spot on their site. A few days later, just as they said, it showed up right on time. Exactly what I required for this tricky task, made from quality materials, and it even included the overflow and drain setup. It was well packed to prevent any damage during shipping. Plus, their response to my email questions was quick and helpful.

Absolutely terrible customer support. I ordered a soft close toilet seat back in September, and within a month it was defective. They did send a replacement, but it took a while and there was a hint that it might've been my fault. The new one had the same issue. I reached out a month ago and still haven't heard back. Now I'm left with a product that doesn't do its job. It's clear this company is all about taking your cash, but when you need a refund or a replacement, they just don't care. On a positive note, I finally got my refund.

I can't say enough good things about the service we got. We ordered a bathroom set, which included flooring and wall panels. Connor was super helpful, not just in finding what we needed but also in suggesting ways to enhance our choices. He really went the extra mile to ensure everything arrived on time, even when the supplier dropped the ball, so our plumbers could kick off their work as scheduled. Taps 4 Less really knocked it out of the park with their service. My order for a shower screen showed up super fast and was in mint condition. The request for an extra part (totally my mistake, not theirs!) was also managed really well.

Before making my purchase, I chatted with Connor to figure out which valves I needed. He was super helpful, patient, and really knowledgeable. I'm eagerly awaiting the delivery of my new radiators next week. I would absolutely recommend Taps4Less. My next big project is the bathroom, and I’ll definitely be coming back to them.

You can really tell a solid company by how they handle issues. I ordered a shower enclosure that got damaged during installation, and the glass broke. Connor jumped right on it and set up a replacement that showed up in just a few days. Super easy to work with, top-notch customer service!

I've interacted with Conor several times and he’s always been super helpful and knows his stuff. Just recently, a tap I had issues with after a year and a half of use. I sent over some pictures of the problem, and boom! An upgraded model showed up right away, no fuss at all! Now that’s what I call customer service!

As a plumber with more than three decades in the business, I had a bit of a hiccup with an order from bathshack that took over three weeks to show up.
